This is fun to watch. I realy like the the dad's reaction to his kid just interrupting, and the kids look of pride on his face when his dad pats his head.
Dian Anggraini:
The first guy's pose in frame 141 looks like he's apologizing/praying rather than thinking. At second scene, the kid is distracting, maybe you want us to know that he's there but I find it hard to focus on the guy who supposed to be in spotlight.
In frame 60, the guy looks like he's going to fall because he's off balance. I suggest to not just rotating the pelvis (don't rotate it too much too) but also the splines. Good job.
sharad kumar:
thats a nice boy out there!....i think u got to spruce up the lip sync....keep workin hard.
Andrew:
not bad
Nate Lane:
Awesome man. I really love the ending with the pat on the head. That's great
Jason Smith:
Nice overlapping on the hand from the character 2. the lip sync was off, and I didn't understand the first part of the shot with the kid riding in front of the camera? Nice poses on character 1.
Eric Huelin:
This just so creepy, makes it difficult to critique.
Vanessa Blair:
That kid is creeeepy!
Ken Rice:
this is a pretty good animation I think. Maybe a little too much twinning in there, a bit floaty and lip sync needs more attention
Ashwani:
good work
Shannon:
Your first camera angle is really awkward; crane up a bit so that you don't cut off the tops of their heads. Also, watch out for twinning on the first speaker.
Mike Courtney:
floaty
Andy Bewernick:
Some of the actions from the characters don't make sense why they are doing it. (pointing at the father?).
Joan Delmont:
The animation is not too bad, but the characters are so ugly !!
Ben Hatton:
Initial delay was unnecessary - next shot with bike in the background set the scene perfectly.
James Fearn-Wannan:
Haha I'm a little bit creeped out :P
SamoRa G:
scary baby LOL gd efford doe!
Juan Calderon:
good establishing shot and good effort.
I would recommend you work on the first characters Blinks, he doesn't blink once, remember to add a certain mount of blink you also should use the eyebrows in unison. I like how you used the hand to create a characteristic, but keep in mind when you have his hands moves your going to have move his head as well and twist his body. you also might not want to point, it's one Walt dysney pet peeves, use performance to direct the audience not pointing with fingers. I also felt like the character had some blocking which had not been turned into spline or into a smoothing movement watch for that.
The second character to speak seems ok
but his head also seems to have some clamped key frames and you need to spline those or smooth them out. Also you might want to give him some time for thought, when the kid starts spelling it seems as thought the character with glasses is already padding the child's head, you should wait 12 or 8 frames before the character congratulates him.
as with all your animation, some of the advice I would give is always develop you characters give them a back ground and develop their characteristic that should be model sheet you also might want to create a simple model sheet about his posture and his actions of movement. once you have established that you can be gin to create thumbnails and develop a story behind the lip sync and try to keep you character in line with what you want to project as you develop the thumb nails always keep in mind on creating Key poses and extreme poses that you can later on use for developing bigger sketches. then these sketches can be used to pose your character on the computer and that will help you start blocking your character. it's a lot of work but it helps to plan you scene and performance on paper before you go on to the computer
Ben Harper:
thats the creepiest kid i have ever seen!
Paul Naas:
Awkward framing in the first shot - both adult heads cut in half, and the the guy on the right has his backside cut off as well.
