J K:

Very cool

Kent Wong:

pretty cute piece.

James Wilson:

cute

Jeffrey Dekker:

I don't think the character on the right need to move his eyeball so high off of his head so often.

Michel Giguère:

That is very funny! Maybe you could have done a little more "body" animation.
I really like it.

Nate Dorn:

This seem a bit delayed. Great idea though.

Brandon:

Fantastic!! I love the aliens and the challenge presented animating a 'non-traditional' anatomy. 2 thumbs up.

Ryan Lowe:

character design. heh. great.

Jean-Luc Delhougne:

Not bad !
Idea is cool, maybe add some more subtle squash and stretch to both bodies.

Carlos Fins:

Nice work. I like the cartoony movements of the eye.

Paulo Cesar Biajante:

Hi man! good work... very funny!

Louis Ng:

Nice, 2d animation always hold a lot of attractiong for me. :)

I think the creatures are rather static, and their poses are repetitive. Sometimes they seem to pop too. But then again, they are aliens, so what do I know? ;)

Micah Betts:

Pretty good, though I felt the character's movements were too limited

Andy Cunial:

Fun characters!

Taber Dunipace:

Huh, cool. Very simple but fun. Kind of needs a bit more interesting motion to carry it though.

wei keong:

Nice! The bodies could squash a bit more

Ken Rice:

Good idea with the big eyes - just felt there wasn't enough movement in the bodies and expressive variation as a whole.

Russell:

I like that you use anticipation, but I think you may be able to push it a little more on your poses. Try adding one more frame of an anticipation pose to really drive in the pose you hit.

The green eyed alien's eye doesn't seem to be looking at the character behind him. From the perspective we are given, it looks like he is looking just right of himself, not actually at the blue eyed alien behind him.

When you use character libraries, don't be hesitant to make new mouth shapes if the ones you have aren't working. Some of the lip sync suffers because you use the "ooo" (lips pouted out) on sounds that shouldn't have that exact lip shape. When he says "Great", you don't need the "ooo" shape for the "r" sound.

Nice job.

Joseph Leung:

I thought this was simple but good... The movement of the characters matched the voice. Nice job.

lizzie:

ha ha ha
love the big eyes

Anandaroop Mukherjee:

Brilliant idea and very fynny, the characters are cool too :)

Ezra Allen:

nice Like the one eyed things.

Maybe they could move around a bit more though. they seem rooted to the spot.

Like the style though.

Romain Digonnet:

I like the "murder" animation with the eye, very nice...
Good animation with the little possibilties given the characters.

Jon Graef:

These are really cool character concepts.

Sam Caudill:

Really cool. I never thought I could see emotion from a floating eyeball!

Phillip Johnson:

Really liked this. Very expressive even without arms or two eyes.
- Most of the motions move at the same pace though, very quick.
- The left alien doesn't look at the other one in the eye though after the initial movements.

Dennis DeMercer:

Nice job. I'd like to see those tentacles be used for some gestural stuff.

RJay Bengelink:

2D animation, Yahh! Simple but effective. I liked it.

doc:

what a great idea.
nice characters with thier floating eye balls.
naked guy in the talble, adds to the humor.
2d rules.

Erik Westlund:

What fun little blobby characters. What disgusting horrors did they perform on that poor man? The animation of the eyes is a lot of fun and manages to communicate a lot based on the shape of the eyelids. Floating eye movement seems to work best when the eye moves in tandem with the shape below. Love the fast darting moves and the paranoid glance at the dead body.

Mark Kennedy:

Great idea!!!!
It's great to see so many 2d entries.
if people keep it up, it may be an good idea to have 2 categories. One for 2d and one for 3d.
Good Stuff

Sergey B.:

aliens forever :D funny

Jason Smith:

Great use of the animation principles! Nice work.

Mike York:

Awesome Idea and Concept

Ken Vass:

good work man!....best flash/toon boon ive seen yet

chloé:

funny !

Lianna Scrimger:

cute idea! The action of the foreground character was a little jarring at f160 though, maybe a 'smear' would make it look snappier
