they never really make eye contact. It hurts the idea that they are talkking to one another. try and get some more wight to them as well. When hes talking his upper body seems like hes a marrionette being pulled by strings instead of his movement coming from the inside out.

He's a bit all over the place and a lot of the time you can't see his face, would nice if he wasn't continually moving.

Cristin McKee:

Nice start but you should start thinking about a clear varied rhythm in your shot with holds and varied timing. Right now it feels constantly in a sort of floaty motion. Which doesn't make any part get more emphasized or paused. The second guy also feels rather floaty.

I am recently out from school so my advices are far from beeing pro or anything but...
I would check overlaps and the shape of the fcurve to get smoother motion.

You have all the basic movement, but it needs more work.
Does he fall into the floor because he is drunk or because the main issue? Just asking to wake you up, i cant see the reason why he his falling!
