I can't seem to follow your story here... he's telling the dog that hes eating the car before he even bites it

It would be nice to see the character actually say the dialogue. There also no sense of continuity in each shot.

Using a storyboard to stage and pace your animation will help with continuity and timing. With a storyboard, you can make simple rough drawings to create composition, decide on how many cuts or camera moves you need, and where the characters, props, and backgrounds need to be in each shot. Making these decisions before the creating the animation will help build a stronger and continuous story.

After making a storyboard, you can create a animatic to roughly time it out.
