Him not reflecting in the mirror adds so much charm and humor to this animation.
Only a few critiques for what really stands out to me:
The pose in the beginning isn't entirely clear, at first I thought his hands were backwards but now I recognize they seem to be supposed to be on his chest. I would take a look at some reference of similar poses and see the angle of upper arm and the forearms. The shrug also seems a bit fast, and could be retimed, perhaps he can start to raise his arms at "ain't got". I would also start a bit of movement at about frame 195 so the transition of camera angles is less jarring.
This is really nice though, I love the expression and personality of the character, great work!
