It looks dramatic with this black and white. For animation maybe you can ease in and out the animation, move the body as well so not just the head. To make it more lively.

Lip sync not bad, but that's about all I can comment on. Needs more movement and reaction.

Kind of a neat stop motion look. I like that.

Love the silhouette on the models! Movements are a little rigid.
