Nice shoulder slump. Very pose to pose... needs some variety in the transitions... more overlap too.

Try to avoid clichés while you plan the acting, ie: to say "you" don't point at other, to say "me" don't point at you.

Fun poses but the in-between motion seems to be either overly done or almost linear. Still better than most though. Good job.
Very different character from all the others I've seen. Maybe a little too much twitching or not fast enough to read as trembling, but I like where you're going.
You rushed into you will be delay some frames get a chance for the characters to notice each other that's my take.
Description: The timid little soldier hoped to take part in the war, but the general look down upon him since he got other soldiers who are better than him.
