Hi, I think you've made a really good effort however I feel like you need to study a bit more on the fundamentals of animation such as the principles of animation and how people move. Have a look at some clips from famous films and see how people move their body, film yourself or your friend acting this scene out. This is a very good effort, and I'm sure you will get better with practice!

There is no body movement. They dont look alive.

Be careful using characters you don't own. I think the movement of the characters were a bit to creepy for me, especially with the eyes and mouths, but maybe that was the tone you wanted to go for.
