This is pretty good! I think overall there may be too much shakiness or movement to the characters. Especially at the end when "See, like old times" is said.
When the guy in black is talking the other guy down, his eyes are still staring at the door instead of the other guy. I would change that so the eyes are on the guy during that section.
I like your take on what's happening based off the audio though. It was a good idea!
