I think this piece would've benefited from more acting choices. Doesn't have to be crazy but it just felt a little stiff. I like the mood you created though!

Aside from the lips looking like they only have an open closed option, you don't have enough poses, or they don't change enough. There's a little emphasis change with the seated man at the end, but still, there's not enough visual change/emphasis to fully punch the dialogue.
