Nice! Make sure to move more controllers that just the seated guy's head and his hands. When his head moves, his shoulders and upper torso should at least move a bit - it'll bring it to life.
Lea:
It's a shame the guy in the background is so far away from the camera, the acting is otherwise good. Animating the whole body instead of mostly the upper body would also kick it up a notch in quality.
