I think this is looking good. I would like to see more head accents. Some of her head moves are lacking arcs which leaves her feeling somewhat robotic at the beginning. I would avoid having the other character pointing when he starts to deliver his line, it feels like a very unnatural thing to do "at" a person you have been near for presumably the length of an audition. Though when she points it does kind of feel natural, maybe even more nuanced if she were to point with the back of her pen. It also takes away from the next guesture which I feel is more successful. Overall that male character feels alot more polished, and less robotic than the female character. Over all nice animation though

Andrew Tan:

Poses are not bad, but you can exaggerate them more. Overall its quite floaty, needs more weight, and better timing

Szilard Hadobas:

Hi! Idea is nice, but you need to work on the poses... hand poses for example, lipsync. I wouldn't make angry face on the lady, HR never does that in the real life. They just smile and kick out people. The HR guy's reaction is better.

Richard Adams:

Very floaty. Common beginner's problem. Really nice idea though. I like it. :)

Sabrina Winkel:

Wow! This was superb!! I love when people add the extra 3rd character! Great acting, lip sync, emotion, etc, it all looked real. I love when she put a slash through his resume!!
