The concept is pretty creative! I would work a little more on solidifying lipsync and adding more fluidity to motion

I can't tell where the characters are looking, especially the tan one. It's like they're staring directly into my soul...it's unsettling.

Animation could be smoother and more polished, but I really enjoy the setup for this one!
