Quite like the timing as well as the poses! Nice character expressions, though some movements move a little too quickly or jolt around.
Analyse how other parts of the body affect one another, cause and effect, follow-through, I think just tweaking up the timing and adding in these slight extra details could really push it.

Experience: Ive been animating characters for about 4 month(in industry) for the local tv series.
