Rework your key poses. They are not very clear I think. Also the motion is not very fluid and not very natural...

Get a closer shot of the characters, and smooth out the animation. Keep up the good work!

This seems to have a great deal of keyframes and looks a bit robotic... maybe try focusing on a simpler, pose-to-pose approach when starting, and use more easing to control your movement rather than adding additional keyframes. I like the character acting though!

Good scene, the animation and lip sync need a little refinement, but good job.

There is a lot of jittering in the breakdowns. I can see you're trying for some solid poses but then things went wrong somewhere (maybe when you tried adding the lip sync?) . You hit the verbal beats decently with the first character (pose, "CALL him", pause, pose, "SEE if he'll come save you"). Try animating the characters first without touching the face at all, then when you have good acting start keying the lips (don't forget to put the lip shapes a couple of frames before you actually hear the sound, we see before we hear).
