The biggest problem I see here is the lack of contrast in the speed of your animation. Also, your motions are too slow.

I would emphasize your poses and expressions more, and watch out for floating arms and hands (for example, the hand that is holding his head wanders away slowly)

Nice shot, good poses, animation and lip sync need a tiny bit of refinement, but good effort.

You're hitting the verbal beats but Hold your key poses for a bit longer to make them mean more instead of splining to the next key. The lip sync is off; shift the keys of the mouth a few frames before the audio and see how that looks.
