Love the subtle motions you've got going on here; I'd love to see more distinctive character acting choices tho! Highly recommend recording video of you or a friend acting as each character to feel out some ideas.

Change is important in animation. Your start and end poses are exactly the same and its not very interesting to watch. Try adding some more variety
