Work first on your environmental perspective, then do some figure drawing. After that try animation again.

I am sorry to say this but I think you need to learn more about the fundamentals. I would suggest watching alan beckers 12 principles of animation and try to recreate them at your own time. And don't give up everyone starts somewhere.
