Try for some more exaggeration on the guy leaning forward so he stays the center of attention.

Not flashy and could use some nuance, but the posing and acting feels right for the audio and your choice to work within a few key poses was smart. It's nice to see people just animating what feels right for a scene and not going over the top with the animation for the sake of it. Careful with splining on the eye direction, a lot of eye darts are closer to stepped interpolation.
