The eyes look strange to me. I feel like they move too slowly. Eyes usually focus on one thing and then change directions really fast, and here the eyes kind of float one direction to another. When Tom turns his head from 200 his eyes completely move with the head, and eyes don't really do that. I feel like this is a very simple thing that could improve your animation a lot. Nice work!
