From the beginning till the sound starts, it is great! Then I don't know what's happening. I think we are missing some gun effects and things outside the room that would help understand the story. If so, than that would be a very nice shot.

This is a great animation. The beginning is a little confusing but other then that this is awesome.

I was confused by the movements of the guy with the gun, It seemed like the gun was too heavy to lift, but then when he was turning around, the gun seemed weightless

Bill's movements are overdone but the lip sync and poses are great.
