Good effort...I think you need to simplify this animation...too much movement, not enough strong poses. pose at 159 a bit strange.

good start. Possibly not ready for long dialogue pieces yet. I'd recommend trying some fundamental exercises first. Right now, you are missing solid posing and mechanics. The rig breaks a lot (anatomy not working as expected).
When practicing mechanical exercises, shooting video reference may help?
