Cute story! Lip syncing is slightly off.

Always nice to see traditional 2D! One thing that will help a lot is if you draw through the figures and keep things rough at first. Draw forms, rather than finished drawings. Then, once those solid forms are working well, add your detail lines. Right now it feels like you jumped to "final images" a little quickly. Good luck with your future entries, keep at it! :)
