You know you are not going to win... but you are a winner for doing & completing 13 sec of hand drawing animation which is not so easy ... and I see some good moments there. Thank you.

It's a good start! At the moment it lacks of certain solidity, and I think that might be because your drawing in a more illustrative style rather than building forms and then sculpting your final lines around them. It will really help the overall process if you work in simple shape first, then flesh things out with form afterward. You also want to work on consistency of character models. Example, look at her arm length on frame 170 compared to frame 285. The later one is nearly twice as long. Making sure you keep things consistent will help to build the world you've created, and make things seem less like characters on the screen and more like living, breathing beings. Good luck with it, and keep going!
