your motions are just too slow, you need to add inbetweens,follow through,anticipation these are all things you need to implement to make a good animation, your staging is fine but thats the only thing

I really enjoy the look of the rotoscoping in this animation, however, I think some of the time that went into that would have been better used in refining the animation and adding more mouth movements. When he turns to her and his mouth remains still and open while the dialog plays, it feels very unnatural. Overall though I think this is presented quite well! :)
