Description: Self-absorbed anxiety gives way to deep dismay. Full of pity for himself, he's now hoping to get some from his listener.

Experience: Not nearly enough! That's why I'm here.

Time taken: All my spare time over the last 4 weeks

Daniel Huertas:

I think you need to check your transitions from pose to pose.. it's happening too quick (2 or 4 frames) and that movement involves the center of mass of the character.. you have to be very careful with that... you need overshoot on your ups and downs and try to sync the spine with some hand gestures cuz it semmed a little off to me.. good effort

Chris de Souza:

Very nice! I remember seeing your WIP on this one. I like the choice of the black and white. Very stylish! The first part of this is great! Amazing poses and timing. I just find that at the end his hands look kind of dead hanging at his side for so long.

Matt Kenley:

thast one whirly hand movement is a little choppy and fast looking, otherwise, very nice.

Matt Johnson:

Looks good. Watch the twinning on the poses and remember to keep the action going, even subtle when needed. Almost 1 second of no motion towards the end. Otherwise its really good.

Jesse Baumgartner:

Nice poses and staging. He has a real sense of urgency in his performance. He feels a little stiff, though. He goes into poses and his body sticks in place, rather than following through a little bit.

jim Duffy:

Good acting but needs to use the space more efficiently and not have the character tangent the BG (which flattens out all that nice CG work)

David Bokser:

the acting is good and the animation is very polished. There's a bit too much settle on the fingers, so they seem a bit too stringy.

Victor Wong:

Volume issues with the head during the pose-to-pose.

Freddy Burgos:

During the second or so hand gesture, the right and left arms twin and there just a tad too much overalap on the hands. Keep it up though man, you had some great ideas in there!

Taber Dunipace:

Very "mime" with the gestures and movement, maybe a bit too far for a sentimental scene like this. Could use a bit more attention to the beauty of the motion (timing and arcs).

John Erickson:

nice strong poses. at times seems a bit dead with the holds. maybe too quick of a jump to the pose at 'i thought'. good job

Eric Huang:

I like this, nice job.

Josh Doohen:

natural look, great job!

Pete Y:

look at the anatomy of your posing

Michael Vandenhoven:

Nice staging, but there seems to be a little too much going on in this shot, as a result, I feel, that some of the emotions don't read all that clearly

kienwei80:

I like your subtle animtion. But there is a weird part for his left hand ( get him...)

Tom Cho:

Nice c-curves.

David Artura:

I'm not too sure that you need so many poses. Try to tone it down a bit and really pick a few golden poses and work within them. Then transition to the next pose. Each pose should exist for a reason.

Ozgur Yildirim:

Hand poses look problematic again.

Emmanuel:

Nice work! I love the acting!

Mariya Kalachova:

I really like it, I saw your entry in the forums and it's really come along. The poses are great!

Roger Feron:

The second and third steps he takes he lands on his toes which seems weird... and the right foot looks like it 'trips' when he says "get (him this ah...)". Nice gestures, but over all feels a bit snappy. I think more 'ease in/out' would make it feel smoother and better controlled. Good stuff.

Seth Taylor:

Great i especially love the little hand shake when he is stumbling over his words a bit. Real artistry.

Aaron Clement:

Why, why, why does everyone animate everything at once... Okay, the timing is good... but please offset things for a change... Nice staging and delivery... just no twining... and please offset.

Tara Utke:

The part where he has his hands over his head 160ish to 190ish, just doesn't feel like the right expression at that moment. Other than that, it looks really good. Great Job!

Giovanni:

Since the shadow on the floor is a good device to make the animation interesting why did you cut it out that way?
Smooth body movements: great!

Mike Courtney:

turning around is jerky
