Joey Shabadoo:
That's an awesome concept!
Luc Degardin:
Haha, nice! Could improve the moment the puppet grabs the guy's face. Lips: "short" isn't readable. Very funny idea :)
Dhar:
Very original. Overall performance is very good. I would've liked to see more body movements on the doll (the legs don't move at all).
Jeranimo:
Totally AWESOME!!
Andy van Straten:
all class.... :)
Ian John White:
Excellent, hope it wins, original idea, nicely lit and very polished animation!!!
Marcos Borba Moreira:
good acting, good idea! liked a lot! :)
Nick Adducci:
Wow that is excellent. Great movement, rendering, and idea.
I'm giving a 10 because I never give an 11 but so far this has been the best short for me. My one complaint might be that the heads are kind of competing with each other for the full attention of the audience. Maybe if you had a quick establishing shot then cut to a closer shot of both their faces. that might fix that.
But seriously great job!
Louis Ng:
Cool stuff! Good idea.
Tim Kings-Lynne:
i love this so much
its one of the better anims i've seen on 11sec club
lovely understated natural actions
great touch with the hand acting, using it between the puppeteer and the puppet. The white gloves where a good choice for making them read very clearly.
would love to see some slight secondary on the puppet legs
the pupils of the puppeteer could be a bit more darty rather than smooth between the eye direction changes, and there is a couple of frames where the brow lines seem a little disconnected.
this is all just personal reaction however and i really love it.
a lovely mood and a lot of heart
too
its so nice i love the way the puppeteer isn't distracting when the puppet is speaking, and i LOVE the hand touching the face and the end pose of the hand
appealing puppet design and really nice and moody to watch
seriously i like it!
thanks for showing me
beck veitch:
Need some work on the timing, it's a bit soft on the poses - excellent concept and interpretation of the dialog
Paul Naas:
Clever idea, and great setup. Might have been better to be in tighter so we could see the vent's line
Aaron Clement:
Great work... really entertaining... really original as well... maybe a stronger ending... apart from that, I loved it!
kEViN:
great concept!!!
Tamara van Zal:
Nice! It's very unique. For a critique I'd say the legs of both characters are dull, they need more movement.
Brent Steinberg:
brilliant. really killer.
H. Oliveira:
Probably the best so far, and just 6 left to see and first comment! gave u 4 out of 11! Original! Nice work! Good luck ;D
jinu:

M K Sunderam:
Good Concept and Well executed animation.
Lenka Zuckova:
Love it! Great animation, brilliant idea.
David Alvarez:
I love it!
Patrick Chin:
Wonderful idea, great animation. If the puppet had looked up at man after "... thing!" it would have worked even better. Well done!
match:
quite nice, only thing is the eye direction seems off on the guy in black.
Paulo Clayton:
Very original take! Nicely done.
Fernando Falero:
so good!
Mike Yoo:
This one is great. You did a really good at making the puppet move they way it should. It really looks like the puppeteer is in control. The puppeteer's animation was really subtle and that helped with pulling the viewers' eyes to the puppet. The lighting of it looks like stage/theatre lighting which adds a lot to the overall piece. Great animation man.
Michael Cawood:
Very good indeed. What it does, it does perfectly. I just wish the puppet had been moved around the screen a little more. But failing that, this is really nicely refined.
Caleb Drewel:
very cute
Émylie:
wow,..... thats awsome!! good job;)
gary hsu:
really like it, puppet's legs should have more secondary acion, the norman character's facial should be pushed a bit more
Diego Oriani:
This is great!
John Vassallo:
Nice work
David Trudel:
oh wow! very original idea! Good job on staging, the animation is so fluid and believable...stunning!
Steve Clarke:
Love this idea and the animation is great. Well done.
Sunny Kharbanda:
Wow. simply wow. Just one TEEENY little thing. The white gloved hand doesn't visually connect with the puppet as much as it could. Maybe if we saw the other hand which is hidden behind the ventriloquist's leg, or if the puppet's skin color was lighter, the body and hand would tie together better. Nevertheless, I love the idea, the deceiving simplicity of the setup, and the masterful execution!
Brian Nicolucci:
You really thought outside the box and I love your acting choices.
Dan Dulberger:
Neat idea. Just missed the dangling feet.
Charles Eubanks:
Clever concept! You managed to get a believable performance out of a hand puppet. Great work!
Craig Perez:

movement of the puppets right arm were a bit distracting, making some odd shapes but otherwise really nice

This Rocked. Maybe adding some subtle swing to the puppets legs when the master swayed could have added something, not that this need anything

This site is for animation, not puppetry! ;) Very nice, otherwise!

M.Bell:
Love the Idea! Thats the key thing when it comes to entertainment, nice animation is really just icing on the cake.
Ha Ha Ha, Muppet Puppet!!!! This one made me smile, thanks.
PS: This turn out to be more of a happy rant than a critically constructive comment. Sorry.
Aaron McGriff:
Awesome idea and great execution. Way to go!!
Roger Feron:
Awesome! I think that when the puppet screams, the guy should react to it, since he is interacting with the puppet.

Super Awesome!!!
Marin Petrov:
Very nice Idea and poses. Needs polishing but overall it`s good!
