Tim Lobes:
Love the idea! Great job with the rig if you made these two yourselves. The sharpener moves too floaty though, like a hot air balloon. Would be nice if the pencil moved around the stage a bit, too.
Dhar:
I love the simple concept. Animation is good too. Well done
Mariya Kalachova:
Wow I love the idea! Could have used some squash and stretch on the pencil.
Jason Smith:
Nice originality.
Frank Collazo:
need more motion curves
beck veitch:
great concept - needs loads of work on the animation and lip sync
Marcos Borba Moreira:
nice idea
Aaron Clement:
Nice... I like the inventiveness of your clip! It's a little floaty at times... A big emotionless from the pencil sharpener... the mouth was a bit floaty... I love the ending!
harish:
i must say its a beautiful concept...really liked it a lot..
Johnny Castuciano:
cool
jonathan fontaine:
good story..
Ritwik Nag:
niiiiicccceee!!!!!Lip sync seems a bit off on the "M"s specially.Maybe could wilder acting....great job
Guillaume Roux:
fun idea
jinu:
very good idea
Jeroen Koffeman:
funny concept :P. Animation a bit static though
Traci Plagmann:
I like the idea you came up with. Very original!
Paulo Clayton:
Very creative approach; nice humor! Work on lip sync polish and a little more stylization.
Caleb Drewel:
good concept, but needs more animation
Niels Beekes:
Haha, great original concept! I shouldn't, but that will earn you an extra star... ;)
Émylie:
onnnnnnnnnnnn, c don ben cute ca
gary hsu:
the pencel sharpener's expression is cool =)
Jason Fugh:
5 star: interesting concept, timing needs a little work
Paul Naas:
Nice choices - I like the scenario. Sets it apart from the others.
Michael Vandenhoven:
Great Idea!
jonathan topf:
haha
Dan Dulberger:
Pen could've moved in more directions than just straight up and down.
Yeray Díaz Díaz:
Nice originality! There are a couple of completely still holds, watch out for that. There's also the lack of variation on the poses, but of course it's a pencil, not much to do there.
Giuseppe:
Very good idea! Nice poses. They could have been even stronger with some squash and stretch. The tip of the pencil moves almost on just one axis...no arcs. But overall, that's a great job!
Bader Badruddin:
the idea is good, but the animation needs some work.
Pam:
Nice concept and good characters and poses!
Maybe add marks on table as he touches it?
Rob:
I like this idea...it actually makes the lines make sense... but the pencil feels too locked in one place, and the accents feel mushy. Try snapping them up a little and let him move around a little more in his space, visually this will provide nice contrast to the sharpener who's locked in one places... when the pencil loses his tip, remember to drop him down to the ground. His floating is distracting because we're expecting that gravity works on him same as the tip.
Will:
really nice concept.
Taber Dunipace:
Interesting, but you need to get better contrast of timing into your actions. Keep studying the principals.
Justin Weg:
cute idea
dinesh:
great idea, and nice expressions.. could have been more animated though... keep it up!! ;o)
Pete Shand:
Haha nice take on the audio! Might be nice if the pencil moved round a bit more.
Spencer Jones:
Sometimes the pencil moved really slow and sometimes in bits too fast. I think since you didnt have limbs and stuff you had to make use of the facial expressions more and perhaps you could have pushed that bit more. Really liked the set up and idea was very cute make me smile/laugh
Regis Le Roy:
good idea
Mark:
nice idea
Jeranimo:
I really like the concept. The animation could have been much better. Anyhow, good work!
Dave Blanchette:
funny!
Frank G:
Great story. The bounce on the syllables of "insecure" really give the feeling of a person hopping from foot to foot. I think I like this one the best of what I've seen so far.
Michel Dani:
I have to admit that the idea is the best so far, but the animation is very poor. pity.
