I would tone down the doctor's movements. They're fast and jerky and they take our attention away from the speaker. Also her legs' might be moving too much.

Good idea, the girl could be placed a little more up and to screen left so it's clearer, the animation pops up a little bit, but it just needs more polish, good idea though
