Shahbaaz Shah:
Love the addition of another person. Great acting choices. I think her head gestures at the beginning seem a little much for me. Some comical about the orange guy's approach. Maybe not have him approach her with both hands up?
Christiaan Moleman:
Very nice.
Kyle Mohr:
Nice addition of the 2nd character, I think it works well. I really like the look she gives to him at the end, it's a nice moment of them connecting. I think the one pose that could use some work is the pose on "life", it seems just a little over dramatic for the subtle way you play the rest of the scene.
Keep up the hard work!
Ryan Hobbiebrunken:
Great job! I like it! It just needs a bit more polish and tightening up!
Dylan Maxwell:
Some nice moments here. I like the interaction. I wouldn't start by holding a pose though. Red dude is creepy in the beginning. The girl is a bit poppy too. Still, i like that moment at the end.
Aaron Clement:
Cool, not too bad. I like the ending.
Jace Bandalin:
There's a great interaction between the two characters toward the end, but the female character's turn towards the male character after the dialog didn't seem to fit. Excellent acting choices though, great job!
Eric Luhta:
Good job, one of the better ones so far in my opinion. As far as acting goes, I would take out her looking at him at the end and keep her looking down, eyes closed. It doesn't ring true to how she's feeling to me. The character models aren't very appealing either. But the staging is good and the gestures are clear and read well overall.
Brad Bradbury:
I think this is really solid work.
Adam Levin:
I love the layout of this scene. The character saying the line feels very cut off from those around her....my instinct would be to turn her away from camera a lot, but by having her instead turned away from the other character, you get the right feel, but also let us see her. I also liked the character's interaction. My suggestion for improvement would be to go more subtle with the hand gestures on the main character, its a bit look at me I'm talking , right now.
Taber Dunipace:
A bit melodramatic with the poses but very nice animation and acting decisions. The second character is nice and ends up adding something to the scene at the very end, but would have otherwise been unnecessary.
Robert Tighe:
Wonderful use of 2 characters.
Carlos Fins:
There are some solid poses, but they're lost amongst so many. Since it's such a small line of dialogue, you should try and really stay within 2 or 3 poses. Lip synch feels unfinished, but hey this was a 2 week contest. Mechanics feel really good. :)
miles southan:
Good work! I think you have at least one too many poses though. I would lose the pose where her arm swings out on town.
Gregory Marlow:
I like it. I almost like the dudes animation the best though. Good job
John T. Coomey:
really nice job. Only reall problem I can see is that your second character is doing a little too much while she is talking. Make his movement before he puts his hands on her shoulder more subtle
Dan Segarra:
Nice animation, but I don't get why the guy's creeping up on her. I don't know there relationship with each other until the end of the piece, and even then it's not 100% clear if they're friends, family, lovers... do they even know each other? Cool, man.
Clayton Miller:
Great job!!!
Ryan Hagen:
I wish there was a way for me to skip my animation. I don't want to rate it at all, but if I have to I'll give it an 11:) Jokes people....jokes. I'll give it a 5 because I think it had good potential if I would've devoted the correct amount of time to it.
Marc Hampson:
Amazing!
Hector Lopez:
Great job.
Michael Slater:
Very nice feeling to the animation. I like what you have done with the hands hugging the body. Very nice.
Dwarakanath Jnaneswar Ekkirala:
Hey Ryan! Man it was so long since i commented on your stuff. Cgtalk "olympics" competition is what we both participated in, right? or may be not... im not clear..
Anyways.. i think "Town" accent is late.. and "life" seems a bit watered down.. may be the gesture could be faster by 3 frames? Other than that.. looks good!
Frank Collazo:
very good
Jett Atwood:
It's not bad and I really like the performance of the secondary character.
Her poses strike me as generic and overly dramatic. The line demands more sublety of acting...she's going through a thought process and has the realization at the near moment of delivering it that she's not happy with her entire LIFE.
That's a realization that's deeply internal, not wild with lots of arm motion.
David Humphreys:
great arcs on the arm gestures! a little more fluidity on the mouth and its there i think.
Virgil Mihailescu:
I like the interaction between characters, this is something lacking in a lot of 3D animation. overall animation quality... hard to say, could flow better, could have more accurate lipsync, with better shapes, and more weight - like in the begging for example, when she shifts her weight no the first spoken words, it doesn't look like she's pushing against the balcony margin... thingy, and we don't see her moving her weight. as a trick, I think more overlapping could help. but still, the real deal would be to analyze the movement and see where the weight is and how it moves.
Lauren Wells:
This is really good, I can feel the emotion in both the characters here. All it needs is a little more polish in general. Great work!
Dan Dulberger:
Both arms up way in the air seems abit too exaggerated when this depressed and feeble.
Leon Gittens:
nice camera short, and layout great work
Ryan King:
might be the resolution but the mouth seems alittle poppy, and the movement itself seems alittle big for the audio.
Deanna Bishop:
Awesome to the max!
Alonso Soriano:
I really like there interaction. I think you are moving her around too much, especially her head, it makes it a little difficult to really focus on the facial performance and eyes. Really nice interaction with the banister. The flow and timing and favoring with the poses is good, but the poses themselves feel a little hammy, not the result of internal thought, but more the result of trying to display ideas.

Christian Leon Christensen:
great! really would like a bit more surprise in the red character when she says 'no wish to live". but great interaction between them!
P Walters:
Maybe a bit overly dramatic. I like the orange guy.
luis veiga pumar:
good acting, needs a little bit more polishing but potentially good be good acting piece.
lipsinc is almost there, but feels a bit poppy, either curves are blocky or keys to close together.
Mike Courtney:
The lip-sync could be smoother. Blue seems to be almost dead until the audio starts. I would have liked to see Orange shift his weight while he was standing with his hands out.
