the movement for the gasp is distracting for me.. .. it was kind of sudden.. the head could tilt a bit in the first part of the dialogue.. other than that.. good stuff!
Yeray Díaz Díaz:
Good job with the scenario and placement, a little over the top reaction in the sigh and second sentence.
DanieleScali:
good acting but........ the 'gasp isn't right
Clayton Miller:
Some really strong poses here. The timing and lip sync could use some more work.
Ryan Hagen:
I like the acting and I like the facial, the f-curves could've used some special attention. Good job.
Deanna Bishop:
Good acting! Creative. I love the gasp. It was unexpected. Strong posing and all polished up. Its got it all.
Kai Huai:
Its kinda funny when he catches his breathe.. spasm* When she says I haf no wish to live in.. the lipsync looks jerky.. put more inbetween?
Steve Sloan:
some parts were good, but it was jerky around the sigh, and that didn't seem to fit.
Shahbaaz Shah:
I really like the the opening and overall its working very nicely! The gesture in the middle may be too big but it may just look that way after seeing so many other more subtle pieces! It could work!
Kevin Scott:
the pause is awesomely hilarious!
Dan Dulberger:
Odd choice of body language. First hand gesture look out of place considering the topic, big breath looks more like big yawn, and end is abit too dramatic she grabbing the table and all. Animation was ok.
Eric Luhta:
Good overall with the ideas and gestures. The timing on the breath might be a bit too much, its a little poppy.
Frank Collazo:
good
Florent Perrin:
Tha passage from the first sentence to the "breath" is quite brutal. So is the transition from the breath to the second sentence. Too bad, the rest is cool! :)
John T. Coomey:
nice work.. mouth shapes are a bit poppy from around frame 53 tho also m bit o anticipation in to pose on fr 101 would help
Lauren Wells:
Really nice work!! :)
A few little notes-
82-109 screen left hand is floating down.
31-49 the screen right elbow feels IKish.
76 the eyes feel like they get a little lost in the bottom lids.
152- The screen right and pose could be a little more precise with the table contact.
Aaron Clement:
Mouth feels very pose to pose. I like the ending
Nicole Blume:
Nice job, but there's a strange pop at F84 and it just feels as if the change in emotions need to be blended together better.
Alonso Soriano:
mouth's too much, too contrasty. I think your choice is too big for the audio, you're using the gasp as a huge windup/antic to throw the next line out, but the line doesn't sound flung out, so believability is broken. The initial hand gesture is really nice. I like her accent on Town, and the shaking the head is well timed (I had trouble getting that timing right) Hands don't feel natural on the table, and when they flair they distract from her face. Chest could be more integrated with the head.
-Alonso
Jace Bandalin:
I like where you went with your acting choices here, it is a unique take on the dialog. Some quick trasitions between poses but still a great shot.
Christiaan Moleman:
I think the gesture on 25 could be snappier and maybe move out a bit further.
Around 78-82 the pose changes too suddenly.
Christian Leon Christensen:
Something about the eyes being a bit too fixed on the null when he rotates his head. And his legs snap together at "I'm living -[legs snap]- a life.
P Walters:
Good blocking, needs some smoothing and polishing.
Virgil Mihailescu:
the poses explode a little from one to another, the lipsync is also a little explosive... exaggeration is a good thing in cartoons, but there should also be flow. this animation needs a lot more flow. and detail. don't just jump from one key to another, or if you do, do it more carefully, more subtle. the poses are nice.
Taber Dunipace:
Really wierd on the breath and afterward. Action seems REALLY quick! First part is good. Hands do a strang gesture durring "Life" which looks like a glitch.
Robert Tighe:
Nice timing. The gasp is a bit sharp.
Mike Courtney:
The poses are strong. The lips seem to be jerky going between some of the words. The shoulders should move more, stretching forward with the arms when grabbing the table, etc.
David Humphreys:
from "im living" the pause feels a little forced
great poses though!
Ryan King:
K I love it. The gasp is so awesome. It is so unexpected. It looks as though shes gonna fart or sneeze. It actually adds a comedic value to the somewhat hum drum scene. It's got my vote. My only crit would be the hand at the beginning. It kinda seems to be waiting for the cue. It is just kinda out there.
Ryan Malm:
I really liked this one overall.. the only thing that stuck out to me was the sudden motion at "living.... a life" seemed a bit too forced.
Eric Stirpe:
Of all the "cartoony" renditions I've seen so far, this is one of the better ones. I just wish that opening pose wasn't so floaty..
Erik Griott:
the beginning is nice. then when she sighs it seem like someone is slowly stabbing her in the kneecaps or pulling off her finger. or poking her with a needle in the eye. basically, the timing of the sigh is very off
luis veiga pumar:
lipsync is good, but feels a bit poopy, not sure if keys are to close together of if curves are not smooth.
the movement between frames 78 to 83 is abit to fast and as a result looks strange, add more time.
the pose in frame 124 (ish) is over dramatic for what the characterhas been doing so far in the clip.
but good piece though.
Dylan Maxwell:
Super-dramatic! o funny. the first pose is odd though. I think with such a dramatic clip it'd be cooler to go for subtle.
Brian Nicolucci:
A bit too broad. Nice to play against dialogue, but it didn't work for me here.
Jett Atwood:
The poses are kind of poppy and then overly dramatic, especially at the end. It doesn't feel like the character is *thinking*.
Eric Scheur:
I like the acting choices. The move on the breath is a little quick and snappy, and putting the hand back on the table from 33-59 feels a little slow (when we let the energy go out of our hands, they tend to drop really fast) but the rest feels pretty nice. Good work!
Jason Campbell:
Lipsync needs some polish and the transition to that deep breath way too sharp even for a comedic turn.
