Rich Lauzon:

Good. Are you the one that had originally meanth this to be in widescreen? If so, I would have favoured the third off camera guy and have this ominous shady character's knee and hand in the FG.

Stephen Kelloway:

acting choices are good but the lip sync needs work.

Erik Griott:

the problem here is staging. there is a character that is important and the most we see of him at any one time is the end of his hand. the character in front doesnt seem to be important at all compared to the knife we barely see. you have nice motion arcs and timing, some good acting choices too, but we dont see one third of the entire scene.

Steve Sloan:

the acting around frame 240 is great, it's too bad the audio didn't sync too well.

Jett Atwood:

Wow...this is really fun to watch. I like the prop of the glasses and how he uses them. I like that he's not overdone and he has a real change in attitude.

miles southan:

Nice work! The lip synch looks off though and I'm not sure about that last arm gesture. The fingers could use some more attention too.. right now they move as a unit a lot and they penetrate his head around 31.

Yeray Díaz Díaz:

Good job! I'd suggest some more strength in the poses but the sutilties are really nice. The glasses add a lot to the character and the final stare to the side is great. Just this one bit on "mail" I'd say it belongs earlier. Once again great job!

jeff beck:

check your lip sync. it needs a little more work

C. J. Cow:

love the lighting. and the animation is great. the sync is off though, but i am willing to bet that its just a compression issue, thats unfortunate.

Virgil Mihailescu:

hehe, funny, although I don't think the 'all done' at the end fits very well in this context. but I like the acting to that point. the lipsync is quite off, maybe dragging all of it a few frames earlier could help... I have the impression it mostly follows the sound. the expressions and poses are looking good, clear, and logical. the taking off of the eyeglasses is cool!

gerardo:

very good poses, clear, nice, smooth... and a very good acting.
the lighting is very good too, it make the acting more intensive.

Marty Cole:

Good work,

I really like the acting here, the only notes i have are about the guy in the red shirt.

His screen-right hand around frame 39 - 43 looks too rigid, try adding a bit more overlap to that movement, his lower arm doesn't move at all. And when he takes his glasses off it is a very quick movement, maybe you could try a little overshoot there, or maybe just more of a slow out.

Goodluck!

Missy Feaster:

Very subtle, creative animation. No problems come to mind. :D

Chris:

Too much action is happening half-off-screen. It seems a little odd to animate a character who has no interaction with the scene, but to do only limited animation on one of the two main characters and have them be partly off-screen.

Gordana:

Great job! i wonder if the "we have to" guy could have been placed between the two onscreen characters instead. He's being offscreen feels a bit forced when he delivers his line and tries to get onto screen. Overall the shot works really well though. The performances are strong and I love how you made the foreground character a strong presence with minimal acting.

Victor Wong:

Left side character acts well, but doesn't really contribute to the scene. Lip sync is off quite a bit.

Chad Hannah:

your sound wasn't synced. Fix that and your good to go!

Chris Smith:

Acting is confusing. Why is he talking to 2 people when the audio suggests only one other. I would get rid of the guy off-camera and have the 2nd guy in the shot do the talking/acting.
The animation work is good in this, but I'm gonna have to give it only 3 stars; the bad stage direction and bad acting let this down.

Salvador García Luque:

the lipsync is not very good
the body animation is very good

Traci Plagmann:

Really nice job on the timing of the gestures and the subtle movement of the character on the left. The lip sync is a little off in the last half.

Aaron Jonas:

nice eye movement

Damodar V Sawant:

wow ! nice animation dude...........Only thing i found missing is some moving holds on first guy sitting on the chair ....rest all rocks.....keep it up buddy...........

vinay:

awesome. just awesome karan. u rock.

Christopher Lutz:

Nice animating and setup. Maybe he should offer his right hand, not the left one !?

Aaron Clement:

Lip sync felt late. Not sure what the guy in the foreground was for.... Moody lighting seemed to work.

Eastwood:

except the lypsynch at the end

Ozgur Yildirim:

Best one so far.

Bilal Ahmad:

very nicely executed!

Taber Dunipace:

I though this piece was going to be quite good until I realized that an ENTIRE CHARACTER is missing off-screen. This type of mistake is one none of us should ever make, as it totally derails the message and story telling you were trying to convey. The animation quality in this piece is very good, but due to the poor staging choice, I have to rate this much lower than I normally would have.

Hector Lopez:

Very good subtle gestures. The only thing that needs a bit of work is the mouth. Doesn't seem to match the dialogue.

Gregory Marlow:

Lip sync is way way off but you have some good animation here. I wonder if it isnt a tech problem. Also that character off screen seems like bad staging to me.

srikar:

nice work!

kEViN:

the audio seems to be off by a few frames?

vic:

good work dude... nice acting

John T. Coomey:

Some really nice acting choices here how ever the choice of camera view dosen't really do it so much justice, either a closer camera or a cut to a close up of the main guy talking would have worked better,..

Also the Lip sync looks to be pretty off.. other wish good job

Roshan.k:

nice subtle actions !

Christiaan Moleman:

I think your acting choices work pretty well, but the third man being off-screen seems really strange staging-wise and the sync seems a bit off but that could be due to the video.

Olivier Ladeuix:

strange idea to make the main character talk to an offscreen character and have an other guy on the left doing nothing.

Anthony Travieso:

Great work

Adriel Restrepo:

Great acting!! I really like how you made him take off his glasses and how the contrasting poses you have from the two characters. You might want to include the the guy off camera with a wider establishing shot in the begining or adding more animation in the begining to see everyone, but it is still really great work and animaiton.

David J Harmon:

need to show the 3rd person

Henk Kok:

Love the setting and staging

Mike Courtney:

The lip-sync is off. The black hat man is almost a statue. The overall movement of the guy in the back are alright.

Max Herzfeld:

The animation is great but communication of story is a bit muddled.
The Man in Black seems to be in charge of the situation, However he doesn't interact with the action of the other characters. For example he should at least cue the knife guy to draw his weapon.
It's also odd that the first line spoken is from off stage. If this could be set up in a way that he's visable, at least for that moment then it might come across clearer.

Overall very well done.
