Adrian Baluta:
Take care about the good poses, this is the first step to a good animation. The characters should act simple and expresive if you dont like to complicate, but the more important thing is timing.
luc:
Very nice.
Not sure if I would not have him staying in pose at 47 a little longer.
His lips sync seems a little off.
Ken Rice:
Good effort - little floaty though.
Jeff Kim:
I don't think the cut to the next shot was necessary. If there was a cut then I would have liked to see a close shot of the woman, and then a third cut (close up) of the guy's reaction. Good work overall!
Will Mann:
Not bad. But the guy seems to be floating in the air. Work on giving him some weight.
Tyson Ibele:
This one seems a bit awkward....is he like 12 feet tall? Why is he crouching down even though he's towering over the woman? Also...the animation was stiff and the poses on the man at the beginning were hard to read.
Steve Clarke:
The characters are very rigid and un-natural. Try to avoid so much drifting and make the poses stronger. Each character has the same drifting and blank reading. Each person should have their own personality etc.
Emmanuel Vergne:
I like the intention and the posings, but i find everything very linear especially on the guy). Try to change the rythm and fix some poses.
On the guy's eyes, i think it would be cool if you could put more movement in them and also make them quicker (eyes usually move in 2 frames)
Aaron Clement:
I like the style you've chosen... I was thinking of doing a similar style in my clip. I felt it lacked entertainment. There were no real suprises in there... the lighting was pretty dark, too. Watch the difting movements... it's better to have hold that barely move... it all come with practice... don't be afraid to exaggerat, either... Bottom line, definitly has potential.
Dan Dulberger:
All animation is floaty and too linear.
Frank G:
One of the nore finished sets I've seen so far. Nice costuming. Some stronger, more weighty poses and gestures would make it even better.
Chris de Souza:
I like how you used a Christmas theme and the old woman's hair. But you should have stayed with your original camera angle or moved it the other way because her face is completely obscured.
Imus zai:
it's getting there! the actions are there, hopfuly you can make it all flow as you improve
Taber Dunipace:
That camera cut in totally unnecessary. The motion is very soft and floaty, a hallmark of incomplete CG animation. Try to work on your timing and inbetweens.
Erik Westlund:
Boy, do I like how you have created a convincing elderly woman for this performance... very convincing. Your elf character seems to float around a bit although there are some nicer designs to his poses: line of action, flow lines, competing angles, etc.
anand:
your cut does not seem to work. dont cut in almost similar angles as it will give a jerk. better cut in movement .... cheers
Muhammad Azhari:
Nice set and prop. It's inspiring. But need timing and pose correction for animation.
Mat Brady:
Need more pose to pose anim. A little floaty. Nice setting though.
Shai Kalev:
good gesture in the "yes" - the rest feels too minimal, body moves alone.
good idea and good start
sharad kumar:
the guy floats in the air...check it out!
Dan Harriman:
There's some unrealistic movement in the guy's eyes from 250 to 270. People's eyes only move like that if they are tracking something far away.
Brad Regier:
fun elfishness!
His yes pose maybe could be more different from the first pose
Jason Smith:
I love the elf costume, nice touch to the piece.
