Matt Garward:
Watch your 'm's and 'b's in your lipsync... be sure the mouth reads as closed on those sounds and really sell them. Push the mouth shapes more. Otherwise this is a nice piece of work. I liked the camera moves as well, except for the pull-out at the end of the first shot. The mouth shapes are big & readable in the first shot, keep them pushed like that for the second half. Good work!
Shahbaaz Shah:
LOVE the run in idea. Frame 18ish with the reach has an excellent pose. There feels like there's life to this piece.
Christiaan Moleman:
Nice subtle stuff.
One crit: I think when she drops her head way down the body could react more. Seems like it should be more connected to the head move.
Aaron Clement:
Good. Felt natural... I like the setting and depth of field... but maybe a little overdone... I mean in the last shot it works... but not the first... doesn't feel natural there... but good job with the natural feel.
Jeranimo:
Good job! Though, I'm not much happy with the lip sync.
Taber Dunipace:
I feel like that shot wasn't over yet and needed a resolution. Also, I get the impression that this scene was animated more for the environment and camera than the character. Although the quality of this animation is fair, these other elements are distracting to the performance.
Robert Tighe:
Nice opening with the camera. I would concentrate more on the lipsynch and pushing that timing. Rock on.
Gregory Marlow:
has always been one of my favorites. I think the lipsync could use a little work though.
marta:
i don't like the merge between cuts, the guy must start to turn in the first cut.
very good work
Yeray Díaz Díaz:
Nice set. I think it lacks some expresiveness, her expression barely changes. Also could use one or two extra poses.
David Humphreys:
when she grabs the guys arm he could maybe react a little more. vgood work though!
Virgil Mihailescu:
cute. but why is she hanging on to him, when in fact, in the audio, she's accusing him? well, ok, maybe you could sort of say... she's accusing him and wanting him at the same time... but I don't buy it :D not this time. anyway, for that to work, we'd need to see more of what's going on. maybe she starts questioning him, which is why she came closer... anyway, the animation looks pretty good ;)
Michael Richard:
is it me, or was the audio lagging in this one? I feel her arms are a little floaty at the beginning. Nice arcs in the head, though... and pretty decent emotions going on there.
Mike Courtney:
The boy needs to be more engaged with what the girl is doing. React to the girl touching his hand and so forth.
C. J. Cow:
very good!! though lipsync feels a bit off
Jarred de Beer:
Good acting! It would be nice to have a more extreme lip sync though, it's a little flat. Love the run in at the beginning!
Bilal Ahmad:
nice effort!
Simon Bean:
Lovely. Def made the right decision to get rid of that crazy camera move from your WIP ;) Ok, crit: The steps don't really match up to the audio. The most force is on your final settling position and this is the quietest thump of the 3 in the clip. The lip sync looks a bit off, but i suspect that's just the video playback (? my entry certainly played back slightly out of sync once uploaded :( ) Gorgeous entry overall, worthy contender for the win ^_^
Victor Wong:
Good choice of camera movement and angle to add drama to the statement. Acting and timing are very good here.
Ezra Allen:
Yeah this is another good one, I like the iteraction here. theres a couple of things though Im not sure about her positioning when shes holding on to his arm, it looks like she might be leaning a bit too far over her toes, I appreciate shes leaning on him but, you cant really see the weight of her pulling his arm either. Nice work though
Jonathan Gomez:
Sooo sweet!!! Great great work.
Alexis St-Laurent:
I think adding more exageration to the mouth would make the lipsync more believable
Tom Law:
This is one of my favorites, the acting is really great.
Cole Higgins:
nice set up, good emotions and great effort. feel like her body is not really matching her face though. She has such a trajic face it almost seems like she should fall to her knees . Especially because she comes running up. Push those emotions more to fit the anguish in her face. Her body does not match her face. Its close though. Great job.
Roger Feron:
Awesome! Character was well controlled.
Mark Dickie:
Really nice effort. She is dripping with emotion, love those facial expressions.
Tyler Phillips:
Nice subtle acting.
Srikanth:
GOOD JOB.....
Curtis Hunt:
Nice work. The only distracting thing was some of the lip sync. I felt like it needed a stronger "m"s and "w"s
garvey harris:
everything technically looks wicked, but towards the end where she was pleading and lookinginto his face, could've been carried of a lot stronger. overall fantastic performance
Pat Carver:
Lip sync is off, but awesome otherwise
Kristoffer Clark:
The eyes are very convincing I really like what you did
Michael Li:
I think this one really sells the first "Moment" in the speech with her rushing forward. Really nice acting.
Mike Clark:
Nice. Ive noticed a lot of over-animating but you found a nice balance. Nice choices in staging as well. If I was being picky, I would say to push your vowels in the lip sync more. Great work!
Micah Betts:
Great work, like the slight twitch in the eyebrows on that last line :)
Felix:
really great animation, and breat acting, but i miss facial expressions a bit, hands good but won't be amess to give more attention to it.
Pedro Lopes:
WOW.
Daniel Harriman:
Good interpretation of the audio.
thekamps:
great emotion, posing, and staging.
Paulo Clayton:
Lots of great acting! Love the emotion. Natural flow of body movement, gestures well-suited with the dialog. Great job!
