characters personality is completely off than it is on audio.. no energy.. but dont give up

The movement is very minimal. You could make their movements more lively with stronger poses. Even in a depressing scene like this, there can still be life in the character through their actions. Also the lip sync needs some work. Implement mouth shapes. Don't just move the jaw up and down.
