I get the feeling your a rather new animator, a respectable effort, but simply put

Too much arm movement in some areas. Could be described as 'too expressive'

The lack of finger movement is painfully noticable.

General body movement is very robotic. In other words, to simple and without context as to why, for example you don't see the larger character move from one side of the room to the other, so the smaller characters body rotation doesn't make that much sense.
