I'm not entirely sure what's going on here. The story isn't clear with this piece. Also, its strange to have an opening shot but not have a scene to observe.

I have no idea what's going on, the guy in the background is too distracting, and with a lack of context even more so.

Very intriguing set-up - really makes you wish the scene were longer, to see what came before and what comes after.
