This is a good start. When going into animation use reference and block out major poses. This will give your animation more texture and will help it look smoother.

If you want to build upon this clip, I would begin by considering why she’s hesitant to sit. It seems like there isn’t a chair for her to sit in, but that seems strange in an office. Maybe she’s nervous, really nervous, about a job interview for example. In the moment of panic, she grabs the trashcan instead of a proper chair. Think about how an outside viewer portrays the story. It may be helpful to even get a friend to watch it over and provide input. Keep it up!
