The idea is great, and the main camera movement was, in my opinion, well done. Maybe you could have worked a bit more on the acting and lipsync. But still Nice job with that mobile point of view

very fascinating idea.
just be careful with the 180 rule towards the end. an easy fix would be to flip the drawing layer from 465-500 so that the British stays on the left after the cool camera motion.
