Alright animation, but I don't get the concept

I like it, my advice would be try not to draw everything at once, concentrate on a character and their performance before other items. But I do like its charm and the drawing style.

I would suggest you to add some up and down in the walk of your character behind. Except that, I suggest you to read (if you didn't) the Richard Williams' book Animator's Survival Kit.
