What is there is nice and clean. Not having her in the shot takes away from the emotion in the audio.

Needs more interesting poses, movement & expression variety since he is the only one in this shot. :)

lip sync needs work

camera is awkward, animation need to be more smooth and overlapping.

Sergio Montenegro:

The animation lacks several fundamentals, the movement of the arms isn't fluid. The staging needs a lot of work, I believe it was important to have the girl on-camera, or at least have the character reacting properly to what she said, instead of just blankly staring at nothing.
