You have some very interesting characters but the animation is too fluid. To use both of them to the best of their abilities you should push for bigger expressions and reactions. Don't be afraid to stay at a single point on occasion. Take note of the posing from start to finish. As it stands neither of them really change their position which can make the entire animation dull. A good way to fix this is by making quicker, concise movements. Very good work on the snake's lip flaps. Keep it going!

Adrian Winchell:

Everything's floating, and it really doesn't seem like the poses line up well to the acting in the audio. Lipsync on the snake is good tho'! Can't see the lipsync on the redhaired guy enough to judge.

Eric Raffle:

you could have done way more in this shot, remember to use your characters to your advantage, having a snake I could already picture the ending to be something like the snake strangling the guy or eating him, remember to incorporate your characteristics of your snake make it feel like its really a snake there, if you had a dog character make him waggle his tale or scratch a ear, the same applies for your snake.

Joep de Laat:

everything's moving constantly.

Michael Kristiansen:

The snake I like, but the human could use some improvements. He is too "underwater".
