Nice work, I really enjoy the interaction between the two characters. The camera cuts work well too, especially the transition between frames 140-150.
Some of the movements need to be slowed/eased with more breakdown keys (the first character's hands (frames 150-200) while he's poking at the 2nd character.

Cool idea and nice expressions !! :) Around frame #58, we really feel the big creature's arms stopping because of IK animation. Also, I think the last pose with the human character does not feel natural. It would need a bit of polish overall.
