Hitting lots of walls, look up some videos about moving holds.
Last pose for character 1 can be better.

Poses need work. Some are unnecessary. Work on your eases too. The characters seem small compared to the bench

can still see the X,Y,Z at the bottom left. also only a portion of the floor has a grid, it could have passed as tiles if it had covered the whole floor.
