I don't know if it was the frame rate or what, but this was WAY too jerky.

Too snappy till frame 85, Frame 159 to 186, hands are moving slow, they don't need to be that slow. It has become a bit floaty. You need to work on the timing overall.

The animation style on this is actually kind of fascinating. Either you didn't get around to taking it out of stepped, or you worked really hard to make it look exactly like stop motion. Either way, it's interesting to watch.
