Oh my goodness, I love his little walk towards the fridge! What I'd work on the most would be the lip sync but that's really it. Pretty entertaining!

You took out my favorite part, which is the chef bent sideways as he walks out of frame - that was a great bit of character animation. The concept overall is really amusing, the timing is great and the lip sync is mostly solid.
