There's something strange about the old woman character--the way her eyes don't seem focused on anything, and the exposed upper teeth are kind of unsettling. Hopefully that was what you were going for?

The camera movements can be a bit better, there could be a little more emotion in the face and body movement (more expressive) and the idea of the animation could be different. It's too similar to the audio.
I do like the carnival background, it gives some appeal.

Idea works well, staging and camera use is terrific. The animation itself though...not quite as good. Still, I like it. Decent, overall.
