When the other guy said "It sure has!" it might have been better to show him saying that, then cut back to the initial character after he says "but uh..." The animation was good though.

The mouth movement (LIP SYNC) is the only thing holding this down.

The lip sync needs a lot of work. It is off and doesn't read properly.
