This is a good angular style for tweening. Looks a bit Scott Pilgrim esque, in the guy at least. I do feel like it's still a little stiff, but given what you are working with this isn't half bad! Though the arms seem really long if their elbows reach down to the thigh.

while he is going back.. or leaning forward the legs should stay still, that should fix this :)
