Good timing and expression, but is severely limited by the tweening. Both arms look disconnected from the body and the hair doesn't quite follow the shape of the head right. If I were you I'd put his left arm behind his body since it's implied his body is facing to the right. Work on your drawing and graphic design skills if you choose to pursue this style of animation.
